Faryal Kohari

Faryal is an experienced professional life coach, credentialed by the International Coach Federation ICF, to practice globally. She is an established Leadership coach and Relationship coach, an Emotional Intelligence practitioner, Cognitive behavior therapy CBT practitioner, NLP practitioner, and a Certified Mentor Coach for coaches in training.
She has a background in computer Science, cognitive science and behavioral science

Coaching typically does not focus on past trauma or clinical conditions like severe depression or other mental health conditions. In such cases a coach may sometimes work in collaboration with a client’s therapist to help create goals, forward action and accountability.

Coaching is a time specific process that helps build your resources for the present and the future. A complete process should be an average of 6 to 8 sessions over a period of 3 to 4 months. The actual number and frequency of sessions may vary and is agreed between you and your coach according to your needs. Although many people find that even one or two sessions gives them the clarity and momentum they need, it is recommended to complete the process for more powerful change.
