Coaching offers you a safe space to grow within the relationship – individually and as a couple
Every relationship goes through seasons – some joyful and easy, others marked by distance, tension or disconnection. If you and your partner feel stuck, misunderstood and alone or simply long for a deeper connection.. You don’t have to figure it out alone.
I offer a safe non judgemental space where both of you can feel seen, heard and valued.
We’ll gently explore the patterns that may be hurting you both, without any blame or shame. We’ll build trust and closeness through mutual understanding. I never take sides.
In our coaching together you’ll learn how to:
- Communicate with more clarity and empathy to walk away with what you both need
- Navigate conflict calmly without blame, criticism or shutdown
- Heal old wounds and build trust and emotional safety
- Deepen your emotional and physical connection
- Align your goals, values and vision for a shared future
- Create a stronger foundation going forward
This isn’t about fixing the other – it’s about growing together.
Relationships are interconnected systems; when one part of the system changes, the other parts are impacted, even if the other person isn’t consciously willing to change
What does this mean? It means you both don’t have to be equally convinced in order to start the work, don’t let their reluctance stop you from starting to work on yourself. It’s almost certain that as you shift, your partner will start to reflect these changes too. It may be a slow dance, but it is still a dance that you’re in together, and if you want to keep up you have to stay in tune to each other’s steps even as the music changes.
