Coaching is a time specific process that helps build your resources for the present and the future. A complete process should be an average of 6 to 8 sessions over a period of 3 to 4 months. The actual number and frequency of sessions may vary and is agreed between you and your coach according to your needs. Although many people find that even one or two sessions gives them the clarity and momentum they need, it is recommended to complete the process for more powerful change.

In addition, the coach should offer a complimentary meeting to help you decide if working together is the right fit for you and your needs. It is important to have a comfortable and trusting relationship between you and your coach.
