Welcome to your Happiness Assessment!

This self-assessment is designed to help you reflect on and evaluate your level of satisfaction across various areas of your life. By scoring each question from 1 (WORST) to 10 (BEST), you’ll gain valuable insights into where you’re thriving, which areas may need more attention, and what you can do to improve your overall sense of fulfillment and wellbeing.

Don't over think your responses and answer honestly—this is a tool for self-awareness and growth. Once completed, you’ll receive a total score and feedback to guide your journey toward greater fulfillment and balance. Answer the questions for where you are now in your life. The answers will always be changing and evolving, simply answer with what's true for you right now. Let's begin!
